Abstract

The paper “Brèves considérations concernant le lien entre la citoyenneté nationale et la citoyenneté européenne”, far from being exhaustive in this subject matter, is focused on the analysis of those two concepts, that though different, remain narrowly interrelated. The study analyses the ways and means for obtaining the European citizenship, including the rights and the liabilities that form their content; particularly the case of the accessions states (Romania) and the new member-states, because the concept involved a permanent transformation.
